What is everyone else doing for VoIP support? We're currently with one company selling their white labeled product and aren't terribly happy with it and are looking to make a change. Anyone hosting their own, reselling other service, etc?
We are using ipifony. Works well enough. I wish it had more diagnostics so we could see what is going on.
We provide VoIP using our own softswitch. It's not exactly white labeled but with the Sonar portal it could work depending on what your customers expect. I'm in the process of setting up an API to upload CDR's automatically into Sonar. Let me know if you want to discuss what we can do for you.
