Tickets with blank body


Perhaps this is fixed in version 2, and then we do not care as much, but in version 1 it is problematic. Occasionally we get tickets from customers that have a subject line but blank body. We have to click “View Raw Message” to see the text that they wrote. I imagine it is something to do with HTML vs plain text emails and that Sonar is expecting an HTML email at all times. Is it possible to get this fixed?



We aren’t having any problems in version two, except the fact that the formatting of the email isn’t the best.
