Ticket reports


Is there a way to get a report on something like, “tickets opened per day”, “tickets closed by day”, and similar. I was surprised I couldn’t find something like that on the reports menu.

If that’s not available, how what is the recommended method of tracking tech support activity/productivity?


I don’t think there is other than the ticket dashboard on the front page. If you want something more specific, hit up support and they can build you a custom report/reports though.


That would be great. The ticket dashboard isn’t really that helpful


Hi Adam,
If you go to your home page and then click on Tickets there is a date range selector which should show you how many tickets were open vs closed for that day.
