Can you change the subject of new ticket, ticket reply, and ticket comment emails to include the ticket ID and name/subject of the ticket. Right now my email box is filled with lots of message with the same "ticket reply posted" subject.
I do have this on the list already - it is harder than it sounds due to the way email filters through Sonar, but I'll get to it as soon as we can.
