Support - Billing Group

After the 1.7.2 release, my Staff that are in the Support Role can no longer access tickets that are in the Billing Group. ?!? That made for a difficult weekend. Anyone else experience that … or am I just that lucky?

Apparently, the ticket Group was made Private. “Nobody” changed anything here. Was that a feature with 1.7.2?

Regardless, problem is resolved.
