Sonar DHCP Batcher

#21

I have a UFiber with LOCO ONT in bridge mode. Option 82 on UFiber is enabled. When I connect a PC to the LOCO it is assigned an IP address from the MT DHCP server but Batcher never sees it. So the MT is not sending the DHCP data or Batcher is ignoring it. The following is debug is with MT Option 82 enabled for bridge and the second is without.

I would recommend opening up a ticket with support at this point, they are going to be able to dig into this and help solve it for you a lot more easily than through the forum.

Hey Lanham,
Please email us at support@sonar.software to create a ticket. If you can provide us with credentials to your Tik in the ticket and perhaps have some test equipment ready, I am sure we can make option 82 work.
Thanks
