SMS notifications for clients

Are there any more advanced SMS notifications for clients than the basic one where they are told about an appointment?

If not, I’m finding that the notifications are missing some important things:

  1. If the appointment changes - send a notification with new info in addition to email
  2. If the appointment is cancelled - send a notification in addition to email
  3. Night before the appointment - send a notification in addition to email
  4. Hitting data use thresholds? - send a notification in addition to email
  5. Card rejected? - send a notification in addition to email
  6. Payment applied? - send a notification in addition to email
  7. Maintenance or outage? - send a notification in addition to email
  8. Want to send a mass SMS? - send a notification

… and many more. Keeping clients informed really helps. If something is automatic, it helps us even more.

These SMS notifications should be an option for clients down in the options where a contact chooses what kind of access they have.
