Service and address tracking - no client

I’ve heard that Sonar is moving towards tracking addresses. Is this accurate? Will we also be able to track facilities at the address.

Once we’ve connected an address to the fiber, we should be able to tell new or potential tenants what we can offer at the address. Then when they move in, we should be able to schedule an install call. If the address is new, not yet serviced, we need to know to send it to field operations to find out what, if anything, we can do.

We are having lots of these on both the fiber and wireless side. There’s already service at the location, but the system doesn’t know it. When someone moves out, all of the facility information goes away even though it is physically still there.
