Send email to one customer

Newbie here. Couldn’t find this answer elsewhere…
Is there a way to send an email to a single customer? Not mass, not triggered, just a custom message to one customer. Thanks.

From a ticket, you can use the Public Reply. You can even create a “canned reply” for repeatable messages.

Thanks Brian. So you have to create a ticket first? I don’t have/need a ticket for this account, but I guess I can do that. Appreciate the quick help.

+1 for FR to allow one-time email to a customer. Two clicks (New > Select Canned Message) to send a canned email would be a lot nicer than creating a new public ticket (10 clicks on my last outbound email).

If the cust replies, it can generate a new ticket based on the inbound email rules.
