Scheduling Dashboard - Problem Viewing Data


Hello, since we’ve started using Sonar, I have had difficulties viewing the Scheduling tab on the dashboard. The problem has prevented me from sharing scheduling data with my team. This is the view I am speaking of:


Either the dashboard will say “There is no data available for that date range” or the dashboard will display data that is wildly inaccurate. For example, the system says we only completed 12 jobs during the month of June. That clearly is wrong. I believe the dashboard is only showing jobs I was assigned to. Even if the system is only showing my jobs, there is still a lot missing. How do I view everyone’s jobs accurately?
