Reporting

Hi, would it be possible to create a report that shows how much time is spent on customer service?

Specficially:

Average time spent on customers based on call logs
Time spent with customers based on date ranges and call logs

I would like to see a custom reporting tool that would allow me to add my desired columns into a template report that would run on a regular timeframe that I set with a list of available columns from the select top menu like “Accounts” section to drag into a report

Account Name - Type - Email - Activation Date - Status - Group
