Reporting on customer interactions

HI, Id like to see if there is a way to get an average time spent with customers, such as:

average tickets per customer
Average duration of calls
some sort of date-range of these call logs.

I didnt see anything like this in the reports, and didnt see anyone talking about this in the forum.

There is no custom reporting tool today, but you can contact customer support for help with custom reports.
