We built a job template. We enter a new “lead” into Sonar. We then schedule an install with them and the template for that install does:
- emails them a contract
- Emails them a note with the installation details
- Allows the installer to mark the job as complete. When he does that, the customer is made live in the billing system, an IP is assigned to them, that triggers a billing package to be built in our Mikrotik and they get invoiced their first pro-rated bill.
That’s pretty automated for us. Our manual interventions are to enter the lead and schedule the install in Sonar. Everything else fires off of the template.
