Portal Not Working

I had to rebuilt my portal box and now I’m getting this error when a user tries to register.
"That email was either not found, or already has an account associated with it. Try the forgot username or password link.
"

What would be wrong?

Most likely, the configuration files have not been setup properly.


If you hit up support, they can help if you can’t figure it out.
