Need mass select on deleting tickets

This has come up before, and still no solution.

We need a a fast way to mass delete spam tickets. The current solution of checking each of 25 messages and then deleting is not acceptable. That process takes about a minute to complete each cycle.

We have over 17,000 spam messages that showed up that need to get deleted. The current system requires almost 300 hours of clicking and deleting.

While it’s rare, spammer do find ways to circumvent anti-spamming methods.

Reach out to support, and they can help you with this situation. You could do it via the API, but there is no real way to do it via the UI in version 1. We are happy to assist you in solving this problem.
