Multiple Customer Locations

How are you setting up customers with multiple locations? Sometimes it’s a business with multiple, official locations, while other times, it’s a business with employees working from home and we have to dispatch to their homes.

The second one seems a bit hairy. It seems a bit aggressive to get everyone’s home address upfront, but at the same time, then how do you vet the “officialness” of the address?

I guess I just kind of answered this question myself. They’re working from home, so they have a phone. I have to know the address that the phone is at for 911 purposes; therefore, I have to know all addresses of all locations upfront. It isn’t a privacy thing; it’s a 911 compliance thing.

I think V2 supports sub-accounts, which might be helpful in at least some of your cases.
