Incorrect Charging by System

We have discovered that for some reason, when we enter a phone service and set the quantity to 2, the customer was charged an extra $39.72 more than what would have been charged with the same service entered as two services rather than being a quantity of 2. This is a very big difference and could potentially cause major issues had we not caught the error. Somewhere in the calculations of the system, something went wrong and it needs to be fixed ASAP to not cause major issues for companies.
