It would be nice to have a clock in and out on Tickets. We have a large installation department that we would like to bring in to the ticketing/scheduling. We would like our techs to clock in when they get onsite and clock out when they are finished. This would allow us to keep track of the hours used per ticket.
This is why they made job. you can check into a job and when its completed it will tell you how long its been… I’m not sure tickets and jobs are not just merged in a way there jobs are not so separate.
We tried the clock in and out but we are unable to find out where it is logged at.
