Drive Times are not calculating


For some reason we have this occur randomly where all the jobs in a day will set to the same drive time.

In this picture the only accurate drive time is the bottom two jobs (assigned to multiple users. And somehow all other jobs have adopted the same drive time of 31 minutes.

I have put the two top jobs back into the queue, saved changes, put back into schedule, flip the jobs around, and no matter what I do they all say 31 minutes. All the jobs on that day.

The first appointment on the top shouldn’t even have drive time in front of it since its the first job of the day and I have “Scheduling Addresses” Setup

Then the following day on the schedule has no issues with drive time.

Anyone else having this issues?
