Adding a ticket on TowerCoverage submission

I can’t find a way to do this without the API, please correct me if I’m wrong. I’d like to have new TowerCoverage submissions (with or without a validated address) create a ticket, so that we can use it in our ticket workflow to make sure we follow up on them all.

We just have towercoverage send an email to our support address, which creates a ticket. It doesn’t format it very well, but at least it’s something you can keep track of.

Does it automatically associate it with the lead? I would guess not since it comes from the TC address.

This was the old way we did it, with RequestTracker, but since it’s creating leads with the API I thought it would be better if sonar added a ticket to the lead.
