Ability to schedule ETA Windows

When we schedule jobs we give 2 hour ETA windows (“our technician will arrive between 9 & 11AM”). Does Sonar plan to make the scheduling interface (or triggered emails) more friendly for window arrivals like this?

Right now, we’ll schedule a ETA 9-11AM job at 10AM. The triggered email says this (which is kind of confusing to the customer):

A technician will arrive to install your Internet within the window of 1 hour before to 1 hour after:


Any hacks or improvements that can be made on this? Surely other folks give arrival ETAs for jobs.

This would be amazing, we have stopped sending automated email reminders for this reason. We are also concerned with GoCare integration giving the same exact time to customers as well.
